when you say squad tactics, a few games come to mind:
hidden and dangerous(freedownload!!full version)
rainbow six, ghost recon, and splintercell chaos theory co-op mode(yes i know its 2 players vs online ai)
when you say target practice i think of rainbow six training warehouse
and americas army where you can spawn ragdolls.(actually its terrorists hanging in the air looking like their crucified. )
btw i have an idea to let no0bs know tc:e better. maybe the devs could make a map, where different objectives would be executed in order, and all weapons would be available, and there would be targets to destroy and things to blow and hostages to rescue n stuff. for a good example play condition zero:deleted scenes.(counterstrike)
