just to confuse you, but who said anything about using C4, we all know you don't use C4 on an enemy, you use it on a vehicle or a building, and wehn I say vehicle, I mean APC.

The only shotguns I have seen that are mounted on other weapons is the XM-26 LSS, which is primarily a door breacher, which is built strog enough to take down some think metal, which is strong enough to take down a human, I see no point in handing a person two weapons strong enough to take down an enemy, it's just not fair.

Both weapons shouldnt be able to take anyone down effectively unless used properly, that is fair.

And that barely made any sense. If you gave a person an XM mounted to an M4, and a Desert Eagle, that is way over doing it, And they do make extremely small shotugns, like large pistol size, they are used for taking out the hinges on doors, and they are strong enough to do damage to a human, but only about as much as a desert eagle, that seems much more reasonable for a secondary shotgun.

They could just give a weight limited loadout so you can just carry what ever you want as long as it doesnt pass the weight limit or it doesnt pass the number allowed to be carried.

It should be an option like... More ammo or more grenades...

An idea would be a customized inventory. Much like what you're able to do in Rainbow Six.

Smaller shotguns as an offensive weapon is hardly practical, concerning that most combat shotguns out there are 12-gauge. Less powerful yet still common shotguns (i.e. 18-gauge) are made for sport and not for combat.

I think we can reasonably conclude that shotguns are either used to punch the hell out of someone's torso or blow off a doorlock. Anything in between is unrealistic and impractical gameplay-wise.

We determined that about a month ago.
