engine capability doesnt habdle that part of gameplay. The engine only handles how things are rendered and how they react to each other.

In order to implement bleeding, large sections of the game source code has to be added. Which is not as easy as it may sound.

I like how they do the bleeding in CS:S and in F.E.A.R.
Would love to have that in TC:E.

You dont bleed in the FEAR multiplayer. Actually if you are injured below 25HP your HP actually goes back up to 25 HP in time but never full 100 unless you pick up syringes or health packs.

thats just a texture. Those blood stains dont affect your gameplay. Bleeding that does affect gameplay is like the one in America's Army, where a single wound, especially a serious wound on any limb can eventually kill you if not treated. In FEAR, even if you are injured down to 1hp, your life goes back up to 25hp until you get a healthpack but even though seriously injured you can still run, jump, and kill like any other player who isnt injured.

I am not talking about how it affects gameplay in my post.
By bleeding I meant I was just talking about the blood effects, you sillly goose.

well then that should be discussed in the textures, animations and models section. This section is only for discussion on anything regarding TCE's playable gameplay.

I was actually coming here to suggest limping... but also would like to add in SLOWNESS OF MOVEMENT with the more damage you take. Say up to 33% movement restriction at max damage before death...

After all, you ain't going to be jumping around and doing full on sprints even with a small or medium bullet wound.
