you NA's are allowed,why not but:
1) you got to have steady max 200 ping
2) WE WILL NOT CHANGE TIME JUST TO FIT NORTH AMERICA
and again DATE might change and probably will.
till yestarday i was not sure if ill have server for this, now when im sure ive picked first date that came up at meeting.

All one sided maps ... without swap ... it means some players will already have less chances to succeed.
Dunno you have some great maps for BC like northport, delta, villa, snowtown, railhouse, jackalnest, the cod4 city map (on jap servers), mustaama, hideout remake could work, etc ...

who told ya there will be no swap 
jackalsnest,block those are good maps but nor played therefor most players do not know them. maps are gret question mark for now
infact i cant tell more not knowing how many people will participate
