Well!To aim with bouth eyes open, u do it when shooting pistol holded woth bouth hands and facing the target front side.To shoot with one eye u stand sideways to the target and shoot with one hand the other one stays on ur back. With rifle to shoot with one eye, first u need to know wich (of ur eyes )is the director (u do this putting ur finger in front of ur face at the distance of ur arm, then u close one eye then the other, u will notice that with one of ur eyes it seems ur finger go a bit to the side w/o u move it.When that happens means ur not using ur directoe eye(i say director thats the therm we use in my country).I was 3,5 years in a Air force special unit,I fired a lot of weapons (some of them we use in TC:E).My shooting experience isnt with bird rifles

3.5 years huh? But how do you know with which uhhh... "picture" of your pistol should you aim if you have both eyes open? I mean your eyes are focused on the target yes? so because your gun is a lot closer to you than the focused target, you will see two of your own gun.
I tried testing my director eye, and I noticed, that while my finger is focused, it would give the same picture with both of my eyes -- my finger didn't move, only the background. Tried this with focusing on the background, well i saw two of my finger while both my eyes were open, closing one or other would show me only one finger of course. So my theory is, that while closing your director eye, you finger would move compared to the original picture, if that eye has some problems with focusing-- meaning the director eye is your "healthy" eye
So still i can't imagine how to aim with both eyes open
And how's that with a rifle? I read somewhere, that aiming down a rifle with both eyes open is only possible with reflex sight. I guess it had to do something with that strange glass in it, giving you a collimated image, thus causing a parallax-free vision.
Edit: Noticed one more thing:
Focus on you finger with both eyes (assuming both are healthy), close one - Picture didn't change. Now close this and open the other, do this fast multiple times -- Picture changes as you open your other eye (So you think your first eye is the director).
Now switch the roles of the eyes... Same thing happens with your other eye, now you'll think that eye is the director.
Now do this again, BUT give your eyes some time to re-focus your finger. You'll notice, the picture didn't change with either eye.
It's all about relativity
