a gametype or mission where u can fly commanches and ride dune buggies that'd be tight and a little more realistic i mean spec ops dont just appear at terroist camps.

that is good and all.. but the ET/Q3 engine simply cannot handle maps of that scale. Although there are really large maps in ET, TCE's immense details would make it impracticle and really hard to make such maps. Another fact is that the idea of TCE is on infantry and urban combat tactics.

maps are too small for vehicles,

unless that change the ET angine,
and use this game engine www.kalonline.com

that game is huge.......
it takes more than 1 hour to get through the hole map.

or they could fuse 2 or 3 game engines for the mod,
but i dont really know if thats possible.

but really, vehicles is just not possible for TCE.
and besides, i dont mind if i cant ride vehicles,

but it do want to see us to be dropped at spawn point by a helicopter,
and the terrorist should be dropped by A old bagdad truck,

instead waiting 20seconds for the match to start.
you will wait 20seconds, but with A helicopter intro,
your inside the helicopter with your team mates,
and you can still like chat when your inside the helicopter,
while the helicopter transport them to the spawn point
"same with the terrorist with there bagdad truck.

and when you finaly arrived at spawn point, evryone must get outta the
helicopter/truck,

if evryone has moved from the vehicle, the vehicles
will ride/fly away from the spawn point,

if this is implented, it gives more trill on 1 life missions,

but it would be not appropriate for bodycount gameplay.

you mean kinda like the Halo: Combat Evolved entry scene? where your team was dropped of by dropship onto enemy territory, then you jump right into the actions (which is where you were dropped).

thats cool, but it would require some sort of ingame cutscene animations. perhaps a talented mapper out there would want to try out this effect.

its still useful for BC mission, or any mission with more than 1 life. it gives the illusion that reinforcements arrived and didnt just pop out of nowhere.

yeah, but isnt it just the same thing again and again. (animations just happening again. i believe, in PoP (an ET WWII realism mod), they plan to make the allied spawn point on omaha beach ofshore in assault boats. the boats would move to shore as allied forces spawn in and dock on the beach. its just something like that, but in the air.

this helicopter could have more than 15 players inside the helicopter.
so when we arrived at spawn point.
we will get out on the backside of the helicopter,

anyone played the ut2004 demo with that assault map? the objective was to hijack a lorry/station type thing to retrieve some stolen missiles.
that was a bloody aweseome map. plus all assault maps are awesome.

but i have my doubs if its possible to see flying helicopters in TCE.
i dont think the "wet engine" could handle that.
maybe if they tweak the game engine or something,
maybe it would be possible.
because its not that we gonna drive the helicopters or something,
but its just A cutscene/eye-candy animation.
and I heard from some people,
the devs are using A powerfull development tool,
to make short animations scenes or something.

Good idea, but it would be like Halo too much and we'd have to add a rocket launcher which would attract all those panzer noobs that like getting 10 kills at once with one rocket.

nahh man..
rocket launchers would be too much,
if TCE added rocket launchers in the game,
TCE would suck bad, it would turn the game into one of those crappy
"B movie type of games"
but not if they use A more powerfull game engine,
that could handle all the realistic looking explosions.

anways,..

adding "helicopters/trucks" in the game,
to transport the hole team to the spawn point,
isnt A HALO rip-off,
because i know allot of games that had this feature A long long long time ago...

thing is, the rocket thing isnt so bad, but you could limit its use for an objective, like demo. if its used for something other than the object.. instant defeat.
