a new year... a new chance for everyone.
hohoho, i decided to run another cup soon as i saw quite an amount of people/teams being interested 
it seems like we'll go with the good old 5v5 obj (yea again^^) as its simply the most preferred by teams  (i promise that we'll have some time for new cups in 2010 as well, if theres enough interest)
tbh i didnt have much time yet to plan things but i'll try to give some information at least:
start: sometime in mid-january(11th/18th?)
duration: depends on the number of teams signing up, but i guess it'll take 4-6 weeks
structure: pretty much same as before, groupstage-playoffs (maybe a loserbracket, not sure how good it works with the wl system though)
rules: same as last time? (gonna have a look)
maps: i plan on playing ALL official maps(yes snow too^^) and some custom ones (open for suggestions)
freetime is rare these days so gimme some time to get everything running^^ i hope to get the signups open asap in the new year.

I meant... i like the league and the way it done but the website is TOTAL BULLSHIT! if the website is fixed everything will be fine. |

Depot is GREAT! It has all necessary elements of a good competitive map. I agree it could use work (Broken Wall is very annoying, 0.48 version much better).
How about some of you mappers make a custom map just for this? Depot2 is sounding nice.
btw, Werk or Invasion gets my votes! |
