yay here we are finally after an unfortunate little delay. The WL TC:E Summercup 2009 signups are open and you can register your team now(big blue button in the tce section). In order to sign up successfully you need at least 5 players with 5 updated GUIDs in your team/squad. Remember to clean your roster according to the rules (read them carefully, i don't want to be bombed with questions  )
As some of you might know already, we won't have too much time to finish this cup (~4 weeks) and that's why it is a requirement to have an active team if you want to participate in this cup. In the first match week you'll have to play 2 matches in your group, so get your teams ready!

Let s say that WL will start in 2 weeks which will the beginning of August; that means all pbbaned players from 31 Jan 2008 downwards can play.

it'll start this week and i told some people already, the rules arent 100% final, this is just a rough example. 18 months rule was introduced to give some people a 2nd chance (some of them might deserve it) under special observation. what i forgot to add(will do that later) is, that only players with -only 1 ban- are considered in that 18 months rule. furthermore i belive that there wont be even 5 from this list, who will actually join the cup.
also anyone caught in WL wont ever have the chance to play again in wl(not even in other games). i'm trying to make it as safe as possible and i can assure you that you wont have to be afraid of a cheater flood coming at you
