again with this racial categorization of poles, epqe? It's not so much that their escalators don't work, it's simply impractical for their horse-mounted counter-terrorist unit.

Back to topic (we're still jealous about that NC, poland.), do you plan the choke points to be in the subway area or around the courtyard? All I would suggest is that it not be when you exit the subway through the stairs (sub to courtyard trans.), slopes have never been TC:E's forte.

Choke points are stupid. Tho i understand its hard to create that kindoff map but even choke Lines

That tells usualy how bad each team are. If map is tied with straight line it usualy means linear map but some map makers (in other games) have tried and succeeded with it. If line is not linear it usualy means balance is not right. I like those maps. Tce haves slightly thatkindof maps.

Basicly each escalator consists of 3 sections of script_mover brushes, 4 path_corners and a little bit of scripting ;)

@ Varsovie, im sorry to disturb your thread like this, i was just trying to be funny and helpful :?

So to stay on topic, i think your map looks good for now, so im looking forward for the next weekly update! :)

It's not so perfect yet like *Mr.G* escalators are :(
By other dimensions ( angles , width ... ) I worry, I can't easy include Your staircase by drag & drop :( so rework entities can consume similar labor like improve my current stairs bro.

Your wide escalators suggest some old metro like Moscow / London / Paris. Maybe You should do own subway map ? Then we release subway map pack :D Subway is good background scenario for terrorist attack.

Of course you can drag n drop them :P
Just load his map first, then select all the ents and brushes. Edit>Copy selected
Then load your map and use Edit>Paste to camera
Don't press ESC yet! Place the escalators into the desired area and you are finished.
