Hey i Have 2 Qquestions.
How I build a lightmap.
And what need i to do that i can shoot through brushes?

I'm not sure what you mean by the word lightmap, but the lightmaps are generated by q3map2 (the map compiler)

do you want to make an exsisting brush with an exsisting texture shoot-through, or does tc:e metal don't behave like metal?

If you want to achive the first you have to write your own shader.
(google for shadermanual for THE document about shaders)

If your metal doesn't behave like metal you got 2 choices:
1st: find out why your q3map2 doesn't load the custinfoparms.txt and/or shader
2nd: use this tool to simply edit the bsp :twisted:

Lightmap= Map with a sun and Lamps woh spends light.
How i Build a sun and Lamps wich textures i need to use.

A existing brush with tce maps.
And Brushs i made.
