Good points Bionic and Snake.
Re: Bionic, it shouldn't matter if they're right handed, its if they're right-eyed that makes the difference, and these types of people are trained to use either side perfectly well...but its a game so some design choices have to be made from practicality's sake.
Furthermore, yes you can lean more right than left...but it shouldn't have that kind of effect (GRAW2 does it well, as far as I can tell) you should still be able to see the other dude.

If you can see someone's eyes, he should be able to see you as well, especially in FPS game terms.

One little minor things I noticed (this is in TC:E too) when you empty a mag the gun will click every time you pull the trigger even if you haven't fired a round. I don't believe this should be the case, one click after your last round and that's it...

Edit: if the gun is double action this will actually happen, but virtually none are in CQB.

I picked up a gun from dead specops players (looked like rec7 acog but not sure). I didn't get the gun or it just wasn't wielded straight (i forget to press 1 to test if i got it..) AND all player shadows started flashing (you cant see that from the picture).
