ISMOLATER said the devs want 80's feel right? wel this idea will really bring that retro 80's feel back fo sho!!

EDIT: it will be kick ass, if the head had a team terminator logo on the front,
you know, those 2 wings, thats awesome!!

that would be awesome...

they could change the brand name into something like:

THE
SOUTH
FACE,

or..

GROOVE
SIX
STUDIO,

... that would be cool,

and this a good thing if the devs ever gonna sell merchendises,
they can like sell the same kind of cap/head that the terrorist's are using in the game,

people will love it....

Dragon, I have an idea: You like doing those photoshop edits of the HUD etc.
Why don't you grab your photos of the "terrorist-wear" and try to do a TC:E skin.

No. It's inside the pk3's, of course. Since one of TC:E's original concepts was to do a "cqc simulator" that his highly customizable so people could create their own scenarios, I'm sure you can feel free to use these files as a base for your own skins. Bring 'em on! :D

Editing these would count as one of the pk3 modifications that shouldnt have existed we have have been talking about. Dont you just hate it when people change the way the game looks making it look like amatuer hour with silly outfits and logos everywhere.

Sure but TC:E was (originally) designed with customization in mind. TT/G6 give you a simulator, you decide what specific scenario it simulates. If people edit their stuff a way I don't like, I don't have to use it. And if it turns out to be good, why not give it a try? Look at Trauma's work. He started with pk3 editing (sounds, HUD etc.). As long as there are "pure" servers (which will be integrated into 0.49), I see no problem.

But they might be talking about scenarios as in missions and story based missions not turning the helmets into santa clause hats or turning people pink.

Agreed. But I see no problem in giving the terrorists a "gangsta" look like Dragon said. It sure isn't my cup of tea but I think it's a legitimate "scenario" for a cqc simulator.

But perhaps it wouldlook more correct if they didnt really look like gastas and punks. These guys are suppose to be serious so I dont think they woyuld wear something like that. Maybe some blackmarketed military equiptment and stuff.

Sure, I really agree with you. But if somebody wants to use TC:E to create his own cliché "ghetto gangsta wars" version...why noTß I wouldn't like it but I'm sure it could find an audience.

gangsters?? lmao!! please dont say the word gangsta if you dont know what your talking about,

thats not gangsta, like i said, what i've suggested is more army/civil type of look,

and the current terrorist models look army/civil too,
look at this 2 pictures:
http://i1.tinypic.com/x39wdk.jpg
http://i1.tinypic.com/x39wmx.jpg

so i dont know what you guys are talking about,

but trust me i know what im talking about,
a turtle-neck sweater with a nothface vest isnt gangsta,

and i know what im talking about, because i live near the dutch-crips- erea, its 4 blocks next to my house
they call them self main triad crips,
here look:
http://www.tattoo-spirit.de/content/030 ... crips.html
http://www.crips.nl/

and trust me... i know how hood gangstas look like,

what i whas suggesting isnt what you guys think,
