Really, every time I've got on to play, there are always cheaters and haters.

I don't consider them players who play TCE. Just children.

Really amazing, this definitely is THE coolest thing I ever saw in Minecraft.

People like Liquid spent the better part of a year to make their map,
okay we had our fun with the maps and now only a handful of die hards
plays them. Yet, still maps enough that went bye bye when moving
to a newer release of the game. It's just a darn shame... Just saying.

Why let all the effort go to waste ?
Remakes or ports as I see them, are a continuance of a piece of art
made by one person, artistically interpreted by another. As long as
proper credits are given, theoriginal creator gets a copy of
the source of the map and all updated models are made available
to the community, I don't see any problem with this.

Stealth, some of the people playing now can be a bit of a hating
bunch, specially towards new players. Maybe they feel it's like
someone just passed the tree they marked ? I know one thing,
people need to stop nagging Coroner for letting the game die,
as these silly fools probably are the #1 cause of it.

Liquid, what kind of modelling tools do you currently use ?
Anything you working on that you can show us?
Also, this is what I never understood : Why did your Twitter
fell silent after release of your game ? You didn't let haters
get to you, now did you ?

I really don't want to start a flamewar, but I 'insulted' here. As I still play this wonderful game. My last words about this matter: As I remember you, you were part of those 'haters' or at least.. liked to rage a lot. Especially about the community not appreciating mappers. TCE always had haters and always had cheaters(probably most of them are called 'cheater' without proof).. nothing new there. </MyLastWords>

Nothing wrong about expressing my opinion. You have that right too friend.

When you spend years, days, & hours of your life making maps and trying to revive whats left of a community only to give you the finger,..... Well, it's very disrespectful.

I'm entitled to my opinion whether you like it or not. Nobody is starting a flame.

hey Caessar,

my game wasn't really well covered by the media. we fell in the gap between core game press and casual game press and just didn't get the attention we needed. we did get some nice reviews, although few. the project wasn't really 100% where it should have been either but we just had to get it out. it wasn't feasible to really do much with the project any longer and it was time to move on, unfortunately.

i've moved on to a new project which I'm doing myself now. it will be more action oriented and pacey. I plan on doing youtube vlogs to update progress and I will be sharing those on the twitter account to get community input as well.

edit: I used maya and Unity3D for that project. I'm working on a 2D game right now.
