Post subject:  Running TC:Elite with ET Legacy?
Hi there,

ET:L runs smooth and without PB Issues out of the box, SO i would like to know, if there is a way to run TCE on top of it and have f.e the stencil shadows and stuff enabled.

Uuups i ment : ...."a combination of etl+tce and/or etl+cqb...." Sorry for that :(

So there are obvoiusly no plans to get TCE/CQB repacked as standalone on top of ET:Legacy?...If there isn't Punkbuster and never will be - why can i join every ET server out there without problems and play on them from within the ET Legacy ingame serverbrowser?

Seriously am I the only one who tried to get the combination of ET Legacy and TCE/CQB to run? :shock:

... cmon guys share your experience pls

PB has officially dropped support for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory but the unofficial fixes do exist. As far as I know, these should work with TC:E and Legacy. According to ET:Legacy's website and stuff, TC:CQB cannot be run with ET:L. I'm going to try out running ET:L with TC:E tomorrow, will see how that ends.

Tried pretty much everything. Same problem, can't connect to servers that use PB.

ah too bad. i think i just saw light at the end of the tunnel ...too soon ...:(
a repacked version of tce or better cqb is something i would, personly anticipate very much!

ET Legacy doesn't have PB and they say it will never have.
