i "personally" think that tc:e's handgloves designs from first person view could use improvement,

the first person view handgloves in tc:e looks like its made from wool, and there's noone in the military that is using wool handgloves when he wants to go to combat, because wool handgloves could have allot of loosed threads and that can cause some serieus problems when your using a trigger of a gun.

what i suggest is to make the handgloves have synthetic textures like the ones in ghost recon AW. or leather handgloves with saturated graphics/textures that make the handgloves textures glimp like real life leather.

this is as importent as the weopon skins, because the handgloves are the things you see on your display constantly.

to me they look like cotton magic gloves.

I could see a change in the future, but not the hear one, as it is nit-picky.

Yeah, this has to be the most nit-picky thing I have heard Dragon suggest.

This is more like something someone would think about for a couple seconds, then instantly forget about and move on to something more worth-while.......... like what snack they want to get out of the snack machine. :?

It isn't like they are untextured or wireframe or something.

They are complete, they are textured, they are fully animated, and there is nothing wrong with them.

Like I have said many times before, there are much more important things to be worked on.

If you'd like me to state said things, I would be happy to.

just because you think is unimporent doesnt mean i cant suggest it,

Like i said so many times before, they dont have coders only, they have skinners too, all the skinners of TT are pretty skilled i can tell ya,

whats importent? well evryone has his own perspective of whats importent, because evry single human being has a different way of thinking,

IMO, something that i see on my display the whole time is importent. IMO the things you see on your display should look representative for new players.

and what ive suggested could also be useful for 3rd party modders you know... its not only the official developers that are reading it.

I never said that.

I simply said that in my opinion you were being nit-picky about the skin of the gloves.

I know they have skinners, and if you'd take some time to think you'd realize that the skinners have prolly been working on new skins for the arms/gloves for a good while (that's what they do).

I'm just saying there is most likely no reason to bring this up, because chances are they've already thought about this and have addressed it for a future release.

i hope you wont say another useless thing on the next reply, cause it eats up the space of this whole thread.

I'd rather see a new pistol skinned than the perfectly serviceable gloves we have now.

This is (most likely) THE smallest TC:E community of them all (and you pretty much know everyone here by now), so I doubt there are going to be any 3rd-party modders implementing this specific idea of yours (considering the forum is littered with dozens of them already).

If you want this to be more public, you should prolly post it on TC.net (good luck there).

Oh and BTW: My last post wasn't useless because I skipped over a minor detail, It was reasonable, you just want to twist it to make it seem like it was.

I just fired up TC:E, played a few rounds, and guess what?

after asking the players on the server, they thought it was a little detail that didn't deserve to be brought up.

oh, and I agree with muska, I'd rather see a better weapon skin than see the hands skinned (which takes longer than you think. not only do they need to do one model, they need to do one for every weapon.

quoted for emphasis. if gloves similar to those in TC:E are good enough for the HK demonstration SWAT team, it's good enough for a real one. oh, and I think the guys at HK know just a tiny bit more about weapons than the SWAT teams.
