its a good/great gun, llike what you said. and also not so great because of its limitations, and not to mentio they arent made anymore. if you have one, you got alot of history in your hands.

Yes, it won't break. That's why the russians used it. Those Russky's would charge up a hill get taken out by some rounds from an MG42, the next guy would run up, and it would be a continuous process.

i did that in CoD2. I ran up the hill, got edgy, and hill-run progresses. I took out all the mg42s myself with only a little stump of wood for cover.

the carbine? naw, its a military grade rifle, I dont hink those are allowed for both legal and illegal hunting. besides, production isntdone anymore and the carbine is a semiauto rifle, not a likely choice for hunting. if your gonna hunt, try hunting a bear with only a knife and bottle of aspirins.

The M1 Carbine should be legal to use, it's just that it's a little... wimpy for hunting.

.30 Carbine isn't really more than a zippy pistol cartridge.

well, im not really into hunting things that dont shoot back. Its more enjoyable if theres a chance that they can shoot back at you. its just pathetic if the fight isnt fair at all.
