Nah, the mythical beast can be thwarted by any drunk. That drunk just needs some empty 40oz beer bottle and some lighter fluid with a tissue.

Them dragon's may breath fire, but the bastards are scared shitless of a drunk waving a flaming bottle. Hell, I'd be.

Did i tell you, I can paly CoD2, yes 2, on my GeForce4MX4000, a dx7 card far lower than anyother NVidia GeForce card. I run up to the mg42, and a miracle happens, I survive the greasing, when I look back, everyone my team my enemies are all greased up like peanuts on a side dish the dish being europe.

I used to play on the DP sniper server, then some jerk-ass hacked it and put it from sniperwar to panzer war. it was fun though! 8)

sniper servers are really fun when your really good. I can stay on top fragger with 16 kills 0 deaths for a whole 6 hours of it.

DEVS READ THIS ATTENTIVELY

be able to us all the weopons that the devs made,
will increase the "do whatever feel, factor",
it makes the game feel likes its a really large huge game,

like many free games, like ET or warrock, you can only choose 4 or 5 weopons, but that makes the game less fun, because it makes things feel really limited, it makes you feel "that your just playing a free game"

and also, it doesnt matter if this game has 50 different weopons,
or 8 different AKA'S,
when people probably only choose a few of them,

i love the idea that you can choose evrything specificly in the game,
it makes things feel enjoyable, not because i can choose more weopons,
but the idea that evryone is using different rifles.
it makes you feel unique if you use a dragunov, and the others use a m76.

it really really gives a hell lot of depth into the game.
evryone will create theyre own combat style, if evryone can choose evrything specificly.

is like this, theres 2 different AKA types that looks the same,
but the status is a bit different, and thats what counts,

like in RPG games, you'll will notice that there are allot of sword that looks the same, but has a totally different status,
2 swords looks exactly the same. but 1 sword is 1 level up,
or has 10% more defense grate,
that makes both sword have different feel,
even if it the other sword is different from the other sword for about 3/4 percent.

so my point is, more weopons (even if its almost the same) will give an incredible depth into the game.

that has been discussed already. Its just not realistic to have all the weapons available. The only exception for this in BC or CTF mode but never in OBJ or missions.

I love the high irony content in you Dragon.

You complain about the game not being realistic enough, but when it comes to weapons, you want to be able to choose everyone making it ultimately UNrealistic.

I dont mean that specops can use AKA's,
when i mean by "use all weopons"
what i mean is... that you should be able to use all the weopons thats in the specop's weopon list,
and all the weopons thats in the terrorist's weopon list.

unlock them all on each mission.

again, that is unrealistic. it would take months if not years of training to be able to use better weapons (like in AA). m cousin-in-law is in the canadian reserves, and though he's been in them for a few years, hasn't been allowed to fire a C-8 with grenade launcher.

on a side note: one day, in the distant future, why not give the specops a wide range of weapons, along with the terror.

OMG!! MAP IDEA!!!

can you say Front du liberation du quebec? that's right, a map made on the october crisis, canada's answer to the civil war.

That wont have a point. What are the different clasesses for then? The game is designed as a class based team shooter where the strengths and weaknesses of each class force people to work together to survive. Apparently it isnt working well and TT needs to remodel it, but giving the stronger class like assault which can take more bullets with a stronger weapon from the recon class or the sniper class doesnt balance the game or make it more realistic. In real life, soldiers dont get to choose what weapon they will take, and the same goes for terrorists.

Isn't this already implemented into the game? There are maps I go to where all the weapons are unlocked...

Anyways, your idea sucks.

Not really maps, but servers. I still stick with only one weapon for the entire team. Have you ever seen the US army running around with 2 people carrying M16s, one person with an M4, three with MP5s and one guy with a Bennelli shotgun followed by a shadowy looking dude with an R93? Have you every seen terrorists carrying the really expensive guns?
Have you ever heard of a swat team with assorted weapons right out of the bag? Each weapon has their own situational based purpose. The SWAT team uses M4s because those are small and compact and have more semi and full auto incase civvies are around. Same goes for the MP5. Technically, having a dangerous weapon that is hard to control, like the M249 for one in a highly populated area isnt a good idea.

In final words, the weapons available for OBJ mode should depend on the situation or mission depended.

So what your saying is that all the tango's should wield AK-47's while the spec ops all have M4's?

Hmm... this is a good idea. Intead of having people running around with random weapons like Rambo, they should choose a team that has a specific weapon's set ready for them.

Team specific and mission specific. Like if there are civvies, why would you bring a M249 SAW? If there arent any civvies, why hestitate on bringing some frags? right. The weapons should be mission specific as ther are in real life operations.

But only the Spec Ops. would have to worry about that. The Tango's use whatever they can find in a flea market.

This should be more like AA. And this is where a firing team becomes more useful. You have a team of four and the weapon setup could be kind of like this...:

Assault Team:
1. AR
2. SMG
3. LMG
4. AR

Support Team
1. AR
2. LMG
3. SMG

Sniper Team
1. AR
2. SR

Covert Team
1. AR (SD)
2. SMG (SD)
3. SMG (SD)

Demolitions Team
1. SMG
2. SG
3. SMG

Several fireteam setups could be implemented into the game or could be optional for server administrators.
