like the devs said its alive and kicking. but although it maybe kicking its not moving around. the current community of TCE is limited to the friends of friends of the original first few players. They tell their friends to paly and they play, "if" thier friends like it, they tell their other friends, and so on. Supposing that they liked it. There are still alot of peolle who have no clue what ET is, and definitely dont know what TCE is.

I'm not playing it as often because I'm getting sick of the n00b's running around playing grab-ass with everyone. I'm TKing more than ever because of it. :-P

If it doesn't come out within the next couple of weeks my extensive playtime on it will deplete. I'll still come to the forum's, obviously.

same here, ive completely stopped playing TCE since the day most of the pros gone AWOL. and now so have I. I still do come to the forums. Currently I play ET classic, ETF, and America's Army. In AA, its not a no0b problem but the lack of fairly matched players. Ther eis always a group out there better than everyone and they get their kicks by going into servers populated with people less skilled than they are, which kills the fun, yet posts as a great challenging game. Its not like they are perfect, they make mistakes and you can see that if your patient enough.

ETF? How many people play that these days?

It seems a shame that the vets descended and crapped all over it, as it could have been a very fun game.

lol. thats the thing, I just go in there and go blow things up. there are like only 3 servers that actually have people at a time. not much, but quite enough people to blow up.

i couldn't have said it better: tce is alive and kicking, but not moving.
why dont we all ditch this thing and play war rock?

You put "eh" at the end of your sentence and you're Canadian... I love stereotyping. :P

Anyways, if this game doesn't get anywhere within a month, I'm done playing it for a long while and am going to let the n00bs butf**k eachother with the least bit resolve...

I've found a better server for ET that I enjoy very much.

Here's the IP if you're interested in seeing what I'm playing.
70.86.161.21:27960

Shit, that's probably wrong too.
If that doesn't work then try:

is it canadian? technically i wont know since im an immigrant from the philippines. All those exclamatory remarks like "oh" and "eh", you could say I got that from chatting with my classmates who are girls. Guys dont normally do that. by instinct I attempt to blend into the environment, becoming generic and invisible, low profiled and unnoticeble. So, although I just moved to Canada, (ive been speaking english my whole life so dont ask  ) noone will notice that I am. I dont really do that, but it just happens.

Back to the servers.. well, I guess ill take a look. my favorite ET server is called Bunker. They have around 3 servers I think. I epecially like to play in the 64/64 server, as a sniper usually getting alot of headshots and moving headshots. Other servers I paly on are sniper only servers, the plyers there are 99% professional, no whining, no complaining, no BS, and especially no no0bs (coz they cant stand the idea of not being able to kill anything and just keep dying)

I played one once that had 128 slots.

It was *i-need-a-broader-vocab* mad on the beach levels, when there were 50 on each team. And there was like no lag, amazingly.

I forget which clan hosted it though...

lol. so have I. but having too many players makes it too chaotic to use my sniping. if that was the case there will always be a sneaky @ss who goes around behind you and knifes you while your knifing the guy whos knifing the guy infront of him, who inturn knifed the other guy.

Yeah, the good thing was that Panzer's were disabled and pure skill was attained by CQB.

There were also some pretty huge custom maps there, to cope with the many players.

You'd die, and your respawn player would have like 20 people at once making it quite chaotic.
