Except the first version for the original CS was so popular that Valve put it on the retail CS disk.

Imagine a cross between COD4 and TC:E with a little CS:S in there.

This will be nothing like TC:E. This looks like CS:S, with adjustments. Read the forums. There are no ironsights, adjustable crosshair with accurate hip shooting with cone based recoil (semi-cs). No leaning (when will FPS games catch up?!), and well, the interface still looks like any other source game/mod.

Don't get me wrong Ranger, I will try it. But I predict failure gameplay wise for this game.

I was looking forward to this one but probably expected too much.
It's impressively good designed just for some sad reason feels like, well, yeah, whatever, ... to me. Players floating around maps, huge off-scale environments, mad weapon behaviour, just nothing for me. Nevertheless, I very much respect the work that went into it.

Just tried this today. Gameplay wise it's basically CS.

There are some added elements like perks and bandaging but at the pace this game is going, they're redundant.

The movement physics are interesting, a huge speed increase when going into crouch and climbing ladders being 2x faster than sprint.

Still, if you like CS and can run source mods, check it out.
