I blame the lack of god in schools, bcuz evolution is just a theory right?
right?
It's not even a theory yet, just a hypothesis. Unless we find a link, a decent link between human and ape, which we have failed to do thus far, it's a hypothesis. Though, it's the skeptics that say there isn't a good link yet. Homo neanderthalensis is the closest thing that came to human, but data shows that they came from a different line than homosapian (Human). Most people think we evolved from them, however, there are more signs saying we both evolved from the same ancestor, and at that ancestor they went their different ways. We have yet to find a solid ancestor from ape to human or ape too Neanderthal.
Because of the lack of proof, evolution is considered to be a hypothesis. Same thing goes for most other animals. We don't see a slow and steady alterations between species, we only see leaps of "evolution". Basically, it went from Chimp to gorilla in less that one generation, though not that drastic.
However, new hypothesis are saying that evolution comes from deformations, not because the species is adapting. Basically, if your born with an extra functioning arm, then you would have considered to have evolved. Then, when you get yourself a nice lady who likes three armed men your lady will have a chance of making three armed children, due to your genes, so on and so fourth. Now, this may be a hypothesis made simply because researchers are at a dead end when it comes to proving evolution, and that's the only valid thing at the moment.
So, now the question is who do you choose to stick with.... Creationist or Evolutionist. Both sides don't have enough evidence to even prove their case in any manor. Both sides cannot say that they have evidence that says the other side is wrong. This goes down to both sides asking who created existence. Ideally speaking, existence cannot exist unless it was created. Something had to exist to create the big bang, which the same thing goes for a God. People can ask, what created God? People can ask what created the big bang, and what created mater or energy that caused the big bang.
Logically speaking, and many physicist and biologist agree, that God makes more sense at the moment. However, a lot of those people are looking for facts that can change the logical choice into the big bang, or what ever people may believe created existence. Now, some may think that's lame to do, but that is what researchers do. They spend more time proving something wrong, than they do trying to prove something right.
