thanks for the critique! I can explain how I work when I draw to make it easier to understand the misstakes I did in the picture!
What I firstly do is to softly draw the face lines and after that pointing out areas where the mouth, eye and so on starts and have their highest point. I then give the eyes and the mouth some structure (softly). I couln't really do that in this pic though as the hair ran trough the whole face so it got a bit messed up.
When I'm done with shading the details I give it an overall look and correct the misstakes, I have done. I never did the overall look, thus making me never correct the misstakes.
