ui_mp_x86.dll failed pure server check
then I get kicked

and again I join a TCE server and punkbuster kicks me for not having OS privilages or some crap.

please someone help me, this is all I get when I try to join a game.

I am running Windows 7

saviour od tc:e is here...

1) Right click on the shortcut(TRUE COMBAT ELITE SHORTCUT), click properties, click compatibility, then check the box that says:
Run as an Administrator
hit apply and ok

2) Update to latest versions of ET: 2.60(ET_Patch_2_60.exe) and 2.60b(ET-2.60b.zip)

3) Update PunkBuster by pbweb.exe from .../tcetest/pb/ folder or pbsetup.exe from evenbalance www


if nothing of above works there are three options:

1)you have vir/trojan/rootktit/... (scan your pc for those)

2)bad sectors on your hdd (do a deep scan)

3)you fail at hacking (go f**k yourself)

I can now join the game as a spectator only, if I try to join a team I get kicked, Punk Buster is unable to download something or update correctly in game, and yes I did update Punkbuster but it still must download some files ingame, If you could .zip your pb folder for me and email it to rcttsoul@gmail.com and I should be good.

Also this downloading of massive ammounts of .pk3 files is unnessesary, please give me a link to download all the levels and maps and files needed to play without downloading from the server.

first:
-download pbsetup.exe http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php
-delete pb folder
-run pbsetup.exe - chose game - pick game instalation folder - hit check for updates (game shuld be off all the time doing pbupdate)
it will give you the most recent pb you can have
also after all above you can type in game console /pb_cl_enable and hit enter

second:
-almost all servers have their specific pak files for sounds,weapons,maps... no way to bypass this. if downloading is slower than your connection type /reconnect in console while downloading and hit enter (most of servers download speed is 200-900)
-you might also look at servers www for packed pak files =)

if you will have more problems copy to this forum thread exact error msg or paste a screen shoot (somoeone said one picture may tell milion words=)

That worked, I forgot to delete the old pb folder, but I still would like to download all the new maps please give me a link, and a link to a developer site for this mod, I have some maping skills, if you guys remeber I made the StarGate and Ring Platform Transporters.

Going to need the link to the Level editor for ET/TCE
