I was having problems playing tc:E, untill i downloaded and installed a very old driver for my geforce 5200
wierd. i have only played a few times and really like it, much more fast paced than tc 1.2.
I am an old school gamer and have been playing tc since the inceeption.
This one is by far the most accurate with guns and physics.
Lots of fun and grate job on the deveolpment.
Maybe this will help others with the same problem.
If you cant play cause it wont find open gl, install older drivers to see which one works for your set up.
My Pc os very out of date and this is the only thing that worked for me.
The latest nvidia drivers wont recognize the open gl in et ot tctecst.
*i-need-a-broader-vocab* weird.

Windows ? Linux ?
Graphics issue or can't load the game ?
This might be related to OpenGl and not gfx drivers (even if both are linked) ?

A year ago i head the same problem with GeForce 5200 FX.

I just reinstalled the drivers which were on the CD which came with the PC itself and all worked fine.

Its because back then the drivers had a lot of support for OpenGL. Nowadays there is less support for OpenGL and more support for DirectX/3D and other API's. Hence older drivers work usually better than newer ones.
