1) Right click on “Computer Resources” - “Management”.
To this point on the left menu click on -customers and local groups-.
If you click on “Users” you must visualize only the following customers: Administrator and your accounts.
INSTEAD… if u find other accounts that are called in some strange way,
mean that some Trojan Horse is inside your PC and has reduced your rights of administration.
In fact the problem of “inadequate o/s privileges” can be verified if you have an hacker attack or if simply u are not the PC administrator, cause the punkbuster cannot "talk" with the game if u aren't administrator and so u do not have any privileges.
So ERASE those strange named accounts… ( be careful to NOT DELETE YOUR OWN ACCOUNTS )
2) Now I make you use a program to fix your account rights.

Unzip it! There are 2 files: one is an executable and one is a -script-.
Right click on the -script- and select “modify”. Inside you will find the commands line of the program that assign the rights to your account.
Replace “Tester” with your account name. Save it and execute the -script- (not the executable).
3)Last step is download:

Execute it! click on “Click to Find VX2.BetterInternet” and than “Restore policy”. The program will ask you to reboot your PC, do it!
