I see this term on the server screen and mentioned here in this forum. But I do not understand what it means.

A filter helps you sift through servers using specific settings and such.
You use it to well..... FILTER out all the servers you would or would not want to go to.
Here's an example....
If you click on the PunkBuster filter once it switches to "Only Show" mode, meaning the server browser will only show servers with the PunkBuster anti-hacker service activated.
However, if you click the PunkBuster filter a second time, it will switch to "Don't Show" mode, in which it will bypass, or not show you, servers with PunkBuster enabled.
You can also combine multiple filters to make things more towards your preference, which is the whole point behind the system.

Thanks I figured that out once I looked around a bit. Now the next question is there any definative instructions on how to configure a firewall to let TCE thru? AS in which ports to open. Which protocools, TCP or UDP, Which way to open, incoming or out going? E.T.C
