Is there anywhere where I can find in one place the method of hosting, choosing gametypes for serving, adding maps, modifying the server.cfg file and setting up map rotations? I just started with W:ET and TCE and am hosting a server for my clan, but am stuck with only the basic maps in Objective mode. I find bits and pieces in the forums but no definitive server manual. Help!

Well, we dont have a server manual yet but a comeplete manual will be created as soon as we get organized.

For servers, all the server settings are in the "Host" menu in-game. Right now, however, we only have around 6 maps, which are filtered under official; maps. Servers that run only these maps are known as Pure Servers which can be filtered out from the browser. Third party maps as of now have not been released by their respective mappers yet as all 048 maps required some rework and retrofitting.
