Okay as I said, download pbsetup.exe from EvenBalance

"DO NOT USE pbweb.exe"

pbsetup.exe works faster and more fficiently than pbweb.exe. pbsetup.exe is a different program distributed by PB to update itself efficiently and properly. the old pbweb.exe doenst work aswell and I dont think it is still even supported.

I did at it says that all the updates are done... But Im not sure it works, should I reinstall again ?

might as well, can't do more harm than good.

if not, try PBsetup.exe again, and then try. if I see you try to get on (I'm gonna be hanging around on the SEF CTF and BC servers, I think, more likely CTF) and I se an error, I'llPM you what it is (I know that it kicks for short names and does;t tell you, and a few other things too.)

Running Linux 2.6 on Intel P4, turning off wallmarks _seems_ to have fixed those nasty lag bumps.

I had same problems with crashings and freezings with AmericasArmy using punkbuster. Same problem here with TrueCombat Elite. I solved a problem vith AA and PB by closing any of the BANDWITH LIMITERS running!

So, disable your limiters bcause PB has conflicts with it and your game will run smoothly!

Or simply avoid having PB update its systems ingame which that was the official word from PB in the AAforums.

You know for just once when someone suggests something like turn off the limiters, write the command down for the newbies out there.
